Soup’s Grilled Pineapple Chutney
1 canned Pineapple Slices (drain and save juice) grilled and copped
2 green bell peppers grilled and chopped
2 bulbs garlic (roasted in oven) chopped
1 small onion grilled and chopped
1 small handful cilantro chopped
Lime or lemon juice (fresh is always better I like lime on this the best) to taste
Note: mix all stuff with olive oil salt pepper and garlic powder before grilling. Brush garlic with olive oil and wrap in foil before roasting.
After all this is done and chopped mix together pour saved juice, olive oil and lime juice in, salt and pepper to taste you may want a little more garlic powder as well.
